BPEX Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Platform Rules

Welcome to BPEX — Pakistan's online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at bpex.click. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of every service offered by BPEX, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, Baccarat, Ludo tournaments, card games, and any bonus or promotional offer made available through the platform.

By registering an account on BPEX, depositing funds, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform's paid game sections, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use BPEX services.

These Terms apply to all users of BPEX in Pakistan and constitute the entire agreement between you and BPEX with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or communications between you and BPEX.

Age Requirement

To register and use BPEX, you must be at least 18 years of age. BPEX operates a strict age verification policy. By registering, you declare that you are 18 or older. BPEX reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any remaining balance forfeited.

Registration Requirements

When creating a BPEX account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid Pakistani mobile phone number. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

• You must register using your own legal identity — using another person's details, whether a family member or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.
• Only one BPEX account is permitted per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances consolidated or forfeited at BPEX's discretion.
• You must be located in Pakistan at the time of registration and must continue to use BPEX from within Pakistan unless explicitly permitted otherwise in writing by BPEX.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from BPEX.

Verification (KYC)

BPEX may request identity verification documents at any point — particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or in response to unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, Passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

Your BPEX account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods enabled on your account.

Account Security

• Never share your BPEX login credentials with any other person — including friends, family, or any third-party service claiming to offer betting assistance.
• BPEX will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to BPEX support immediately.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact BPEX customer support immediately via live chat or at support@bpex.click.

Account Balance

Your BPEX wallet balance represents funds held in your account available for betting and gaming. BPEX does not pay interest on wallet balances. Account balances are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Funds in your BPEX wallet are kept separate from BPEX operating funds and are available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.

BPEX accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods:

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. BPEX does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal, BPEX may require identity verification. Please ensure your account is fully verified to avoid delays.
• BPEX reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times beyond the standard estimates above.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Real-money deposits and winnings generated from real-money play are always withdrawable subject to these Terms.

BPEX offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All BPEX bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out here. Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms apply.

Welcome Bonus

New BPEX players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus matches your first qualifying deposit up to a stated maximum in PKR. To qualify, your first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit amount stated in the promotion. The welcome bonus is credited to your BPEX bonus wallet once your deposit is confirmed.

Wagering Requirements

• All BPEX bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion. The wagering requirement is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%, while some casino games may contribute a reduced percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused or un-wagered bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• BPEX reserves the right to void bonus winnings if it determines the bonus was claimed through fraudulent activity, collusion, or by circumventing the spirit of the promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• One bonus per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of BPEX.
• BPEX reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any already-accepted bonuses will be honoured subject to these Terms.

All sports bets placed on BPEX are subject to the general betting rules in this section as well as any sport-specific rules published on the BPEX platform at the time of betting.

Bet Placement

• Bets are only confirmed once you have received a confirmation notification in your BPEX account and the amount has been deducted from your wallet balance. An unconfirmed bet is not a valid bet.
• BPEX reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its absolute discretion — including bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to technical errors, or where there is evidence of insider knowledge, match manipulation, or obvious pricing errors.
• The minimum single bet on BPEX is Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the betting interface.
• Once a bet is confirmed and the event has started, bets cannot be cancelled except via the Cash Out feature where available.

Postponed and Abandoned Events

• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 24 hours of the original kick-off, bets remain valid for the rescheduled time.
• If a match is postponed beyond 24 hours or cancelled entirely, all pre-match bets are void and stakes returned.
• For in-play bets on matches that are abandoned, the settlement is based on the score and result at the time of abandonment, unless specific sport rules state otherwise.

Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets on BPEX combine multiple selections. All selections must be correct for the accumulator to win. If one selection is void, the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at revised combined odds. BPEX's accumulator bonus — paid as a percentage uplift on winnings — is applied automatically at settlement for qualifying accumulators.

All casino games, Baccarat tables, Ludo tournaments, and card games available on BPEX are governed by this section in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface.

Game Fairness

All BPEX casino games that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) utilise certified software that has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Live casino games — including Baccarat and card game variants — use real physical cards dealt by human dealers with video streaming to your device. The outcome of all live game rounds is determined by the physical cards dealt and is not influenced by software at any point after the deal.

Ludo Tournaments

• Ludo tournaments on BPEX are competitive events where players pay an entry fee (in PKR) to compete for a prize pool. Tournament structure, entry fees, and prize distribution are stated clearly before registration.
• Collusion between players in Ludo tournaments — including intentional losing to benefit a specific opponent — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.
• BPEX reserves the right to cancel a tournament that has not reached its minimum player count. In such cases, all entry fees are returned to participants.

Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault on BPEX's side — such as server issues — BPEX will attempt to restore the game session. If restoration is not possible, BPEX will refund the affected game round stake to your wallet. BPEX is not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection or device.

BPEX is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow you to manage your gaming activity and we actively support players who need help maintaining healthy gaming habits.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly in your BPEX account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and requests to increase limits take 24 hours to activate.
• Bet Stake Limits: Restrict the maximum stake on any single bet or game round across your BPEX account.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from BPEX for a period of your choosing. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily lock your account. Minimum self-exclusion period is six months. During self-exclusion, BPEX will close your account and block you from creating new accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BPEX. Violation of any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your BPEX account.
• Money laundering: Using BPEX to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. BPEX complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using any scheme to claim the same bonus more than once, or wagering in a manner designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine gaming activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on BPEX.
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with BPEX games without human input.
• Exploiting errors: Knowingly taking advantage of obvious pricing errors, technical bugs, or software malfunctions on BPEX. Any winnings generated from known errors will be void.
• Match manipulation: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of match outcomes, or being involved in any capacity in the fixing of any event offered on BPEX.
• Underage use: Allowing or facilitating access to BPEX by any person under 18 years of age.

BPEX reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Actions that typically trigger account review include suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or requests made by law enforcement.

Suspension Process

When BPEX suspends an account, a notification is sent to the registered email or phone number. Suspended accounts cannot access funds or place new bets until the suspension is lifted or investigation is complete. If a suspension results in permanent closure for verified breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be returned to the player after investigation, unless the balance itself is subject to a legal hold or is proceeds of prohibited conduct.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your BPEX account at any time by contacting support@bpex.click. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your last-used withdrawal method after verification. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is complete.

All content on BPEX — including but not limited to the BPEX name, logo, platform design, software, game interfaces, written content, images, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of BPEX or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any BPEX content without prior written consent.

The BPEX platform is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence beyond that limited personal use. Unauthorised commercial use of BPEX content will be pursued through available legal channels.

BPEX provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BPEX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

BPEX does not accept liability for: losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform; disruptions to service caused by events outside BPEX's reasonable control; decisions you make based on information or odds displayed on BPEX; technical failures of your own device or internet connection; or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BPEX.

BPEX may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — BPEX will attempt to notify registered players via the email address or phone number associated with their account before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of BPEX after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you should stop using BPEX and request account closure through customer support.
