Logging into BPEX is as simple as it gets — your registered mobile number and password, and you're in. But there are a few things worth knowing about the login experience, especially if you're accessing BPEX on a new device or after a long gap.

Three Ways to Login on BPEX

BPEX gives you three different login methods depending on what's most convenient for you:

• Mobile Number + Password: The standard BPEX login method. Enter your Pakistani mobile number in the format 03XX XXXXXXX (without the country code) and your account password. This is the quickest login method if you remember your password.
• Username + Password: If you chose a username when you registered on BPEX, you can use that instead of your mobile number. This is useful if you share a device and don't want your number visible on screen.
• OTP Login: Enter your registered BPEX mobile number and request a one-time password. BPEX will send a 6-digit OTP via SMS — enter it to login without needing your password at all. Useful if you've forgotten your password or are on a device you don't normally use.

First Login on a New Device

If you're logging into your BPEX account from a device that BPEX doesn't recognise — a new phone, a family member's tablet, a computer at work — BPEX may trigger an additional verification step. You'll receive an OTP to your registered mobile number. Enter it to confirm it's genuinely you, and your login will proceed normally. This is a security feature that protects your BPEX account from unauthorised access.

The "Remember me on this device" option in the login form means BPEX will skip this additional verification on future logins from the same device. Only use this option on your personal devices — never on shared or public devices.

Your BPEX account holds real money — your wallet balance, pending bonuses, and withdrawal history. Taking a few simple steps to keep your account secure is genuinely worth doing.

Use a Strong, Unique Password

Your BPEX login password should be something you don't use anywhere else. A combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and at least one special character makes it significantly harder to compromise. Avoid obvious choices like your date of birth, your name, or common sequences. If you think your BPEX password might be guessable, change it now — go to Settings → Account Security → Change Password after logging in.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

BPEX offers 2FA for all accounts. With 2FA active, every BPEX login requires both your password and a code sent to your registered mobile number. Even if someone gets hold of your password, they cannot access your BPEX account without your phone. To activate 2FA on BPEX, go to Settings → Security after logging in. It takes under two minutes to set up.

Never Share Your Login Credentials

BPEX support staff will never ask for your password. If anyone — in a message, on WhatsApp, or in a phone call — asks for your BPEX login password or OTP, that is a scam. Ignore it and report it to support@bpex.click immediately. Your BPEX OTPs are single-use and expire within 10 minutes — there is no legitimate reason for any third party to need them.

Log Out When You're Done

On shared devices — a family computer, a friend's phone — always log out of BPEX when you've finished your session. The login form's "Remember me" option should never be used on devices that other people have access to. Your BPEX session stays active until you explicitly log out or it times out after extended inactivity.

The majority of BPEX players in Pakistan access the platform on mobile — Telenor, Jazz, Zong, Ufone, and SCOM connections. BPEX's login page is fully optimised for mobile access on all Pakistani networks, with a lightweight design that loads fast even on slower 3G connections in cities like Skardu, Gwadar, and Hunza.

Saving BPEX on Your Home Screen

You don't need to download a separate app to get the best BPEX mobile experience. Open BPEX in your phone's browser, tap the browser menu, and select "Add to Home Screen." This creates a BPEX shortcut on your phone's home screen that behaves exactly like an app — one tap and you're at the login page, no browser navigation required. Works on both Android and iOS.

Login Issues – Common Fixes

• Forgotten password: Use the "Forgot password?" link on the BPEX login form. BPEX will send an OTP to your registered mobile number to verify your identity and let you reset your password.
• Wrong mobile number format: Enter your Pakistani number without the country code — just 03XX XXXXXXX. Don't include spaces, dashes, or +92 when logging into BPEX.
• Account locked: After several consecutive failed login attempts, BPEX temporarily locks the account as a security measure. Contact support@bpex.click to unlock it.
• OTP not received: Check that your SIM card is active and has signal. BPEX OTPs are sent within 30 seconds. If you're on a network with known SMS delivery delays (some Jazz prepaid plans), wait up to 2 minutes before requesting another OTP.
• Browser cache issues: If the BPEX login page isn't loading correctly, clear your browser cache and cookies and reload. This resolves the majority of login page display issues.

BPEX Account Suspended or Restricted?

If your BPEX account has been suspended or restricted and you can't login, contact BPEX support directly at support@bpex.click. Include your registered mobile number in the email. Common reasons for account restrictions include: identity verification pending, a self-exclusion period you activated, unusual activity detected by BPEX's security system, or a Terms violation under investigation. Support will explain the specific reason and what steps are needed to resolve it.
