Account

Visit the BPEX Register page and fill in your full name, active Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Verify your number with the 6-digit OTP BPEX sends by SMS, tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox, and your account is live — the whole process takes under 60 seconds. You must be 18 or older to register on BPEX.

No. BPEX allows exactly one account per person, per mobile number, and per household. Creating duplicate accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once is a direct violation of BPEX's Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited. If you're having trouble accessing an existing account, contact support@bpex.click rather than opening a new one.

Log in, go to Settings → Account Details → Update Mobile Number. You'll need to verify ownership of the old number with an OTP, then confirm your new number with another OTP. If you no longer have access to your old number, email support@bpex.click with your full name and CNIC — manual identity verification will be required before the number can be changed.

Common reasons for a BPEX account lock include: too many failed login attempts (temporary 30-minute lock), a self-exclusion period you previously activated, identity verification pending, or a Terms investigation. Contact support@bpex.click with your registered mobile number in the subject line. BPEX support will explain the specific reason and the steps needed to resolve it — usually within a few hours.

BPEX may request identity verification before processing your first large withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected. You'll be prompted to upload a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) and a recent selfie via the account verification section in Settings. Documents are reviewed within 24 hours on business days. Submitting fake or edited documents will result in immediate permanent account closure.

Email support@bpex.click with "Account Closure Request" in the subject line. Include your registered mobile number and state whether the closure is for personal preference or as a responsible gaming self-exclusion. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your last withdrawal method. Deposits

BPEX accepts all major Pakistani payment methods:
  • Easypaisa – minimum Rs 500, instant
  • JazzCash – minimum Rs 500, instant
  • NayaPay – minimum Rs 500, instant
  • SadaPay – minimum Rs 500, instant
  • Bank Transfer (IBFT) – minimum Rs 1,000, credited within 2 business hours
  • Visa / Mastercard – minimum Rs 1,000, instant for most Pakistani bank cards
All deposits are in PKR with no currency conversion applied.

The minimum deposit on BPEX is Rs 500 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. For bank transfers (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard, the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though players who have activated a responsible gaming deposit limit will be capped at their chosen amount.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits are typically credited to your BPEX wallet within 1–3 minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) can take up to 2 business hours depending on your bank's processing times. Card payments are usually instant but occasionally take up to 15 minutes for first-time deposits while your card is being verified. If your deposit hasn't arrived after 2 hours, contact BPEX support with your transaction reference number.

BPEX does not charge any deposit fees. The full amount you send arrives in your BPEX wallet. Your mobile wallet provider or bank may charge their own transaction fees on their end — check with Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank directly if you're unsure about their charges for transfers.

Yes. BPEX provides full deposit limit controls under Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly PKR cap. Once active, no deposit above your limit will be processed until the period resets. Requests to increase a limit have a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off delay. Withdrawals

Log in to your BPEX account, go to your wallet, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method you most recently deposited with, or to the method you specify and have already verified on your account.

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash: Usually within 15 minutes for amounts under Rs 50,000.
  • NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically 15–30 minutes.
  • Bank Transfer (IBFT): 1–4 business hours depending on your bank.
  • Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.
All timings are from when BPEX approves the withdrawal — which is typically within 30 minutes during business hours. Large withdrawals (over Rs 100,000) may require additional KYC verification before processing.

The minimum withdrawal on BPEX is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Only real-money balance can be withdrawn — active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before they convert to withdrawable real money.

Common reasons for a delayed BPEX withdrawal:
  • Your KYC (identity verification) documents are still pending review
  • The withdrawal amount is above the daily processing threshold for your chosen method
  • Active bonus funds are attached to the balance and wagering requirements haven't been met
  • A security review was triggered by unusual account activity

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you must bet a bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable real money. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you must place Rs 5,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw that Rs 1,000. Each BPEX bonus has its own wagering requirement detailed in the specific bonus terms — always read them before accepting an offer.

Most BPEX bonuses are credited automatically within a few minutes of the qualifying action (deposit, first bet, etc.). If yours hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, check your BPEX bonus wallet — it may be pending wagering completion rather than missing. If it's genuinely absent, contact support with details of the offer name, the date and amount of your qualifying deposit, and your registered BPEX mobile number. Support can manually verify and credit eligible bonuses.

Once you're a registered BPEX player, your unique referral link is in your account dashboard under Refer a Friend. Share it with friends. When a friend registers using your link and makes their first qualifying deposit, a PKR bonus is automatically credited to your BPEX wallet. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer — each successful referral earns you a bonus. Referral bonuses are credited within 24 hours of the referred player's first deposit being confirmed.

No — bonus funds are held in your BPEX bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real money by meeting the wagering requirements attached to that specific bonus. Your real-money wallet balance is always available for withdrawal (subject to minimum amounts and any KYC requirements). If you want to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, BPEX will remove the bonus and any associated winnings from your account first.

To calculate your potential return, multiply your stake by the odds: a Rs 1,000 bet at 1.90 returns Rs 1,900 (Rs 900 profit + your Rs 1,000 stake back) if it wins. The difference between the "true" probability odds and BPEX's displayed odds is the margin (vigorish) — this is how BPEX makes money on sports betting. BPEX's margins are competitive with other major platforms, typically 3–6% depending on the sport and market.

BPEX's policy on abandoned matches depends on the specific sport and competition:
  • For cricket: If fewer than the official minimum number of overs are bowled (typically 5 in T20, 20 in ODI), the match is void and all bets are refunded.
  • For football: If a match is abandoned before half-time, bets are voided. After half-time, BPEX typically settles on the score at the point of abandonment.

BPEX offers a cash-out feature on selected sports betting markets. When cash-out is available, a "Cash Out" button appears next to your open bet in the My Bets section. The cash-out value is calculated in real time based on current market conditions — it may be less than your potential winnings (if your selection is losing ground) or close to your potential return (if you're comfortably winning). Cash-out is not available on all markets or at all times during a live event.
Responsible Gaming

Go to Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion and choose your exclusion period — 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent. Alternatively, email support@bpex.click with "Self-Exclusion Request" in the subject line — BPEX support will process it immediately. During exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. Any remaining real-money balance is preserved (returned on permanent exclusion). BPEX also blocks new account registrations from your details during the exclusion period.
